QUALIFICATIONS

• Hold ISBE Professional Educator License with either a School Social Work or Counselor endorsement

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct necessary components for case study evaluations
• Assess strengths and weaknesses of referred and enrolled students
• Conduct individual and/or group sessions
• Collaborate with other school personnel regarding students' social, emotional and behavioral needs
• Maintain accurate, complete and confidential records as required
• Participate in domain, eligibility, IEP and annual review meetings
• Develop IEP goals/objs for students on caseload
• Maintain confidentiality for all student matters
• Maintain professional standards
