This opening is for a full time paraprofessional in The Communications Program (for students on the Autism Spectrum) housed in St. George. 

Qualifications

• Must hold (or be able to attain) ISBE Paraprofessional license
• Must be able to complete Therapeutic Crisis Intervention training for verbal de-escalation techniques and physical restraint strategies
• Possess good interpersonal skills and be able to work on a team
• Have an excellent attendance record
• Flexibility and self-motivation
• Willingness to take direction and follow through on tasks
